Find Parent
contact info by
tapping on a Player's name in your roster for a link to call, text or email them.
Need to send
an urgent update?
Use "Send Coach Note".
It'll trigger an app notification and
an email.
If anyone on
your team has not established access to the app, you'll see that info in red on the top of your screen when you send a message. Tap that red text to see details
Your practices
and games will be
loaded into your schedule. You can change or delete practices, but you can not change or delete
games.

Pitch Count Rules
(Baseball Only)
All baseball pitchers are required to adhere to strict pitch limits to protect their arms. Teams will be provided with a pitch counting device and will need to track and report the pitch counts for each of their pitchers every game. (This is a great job for a Parent volunteer!) Pitch count reporting forms will be available prior to the game season.
Be sure to follow the pitch count limits during practices too.
Because arm overuse poses a significant risk to a young pitcher's arm, there are no exceptions to these rules and repeated violation of these rules may result in Coach suspensions.

Practice Makes Ball Players
We love the free USA Baseball app for practice tips. You'll find hundreds of drills that you can filter by skill and experience level.
When you open the app, scroll down to Mobile Coach to find tons of drills and ready made practice plans.
USA Softball does not have a comparable tool, but the general skill drills and practice plans found here will work great for softball too!
Need to change your practice schedule?
Remember, each coach is responsible for deciding if their practice should be cancelled due to weather.
Please consider the safety of your Players and communicate cancellations to your Team as early as possible.
