Our Division Commissioners follow a strict (and kind of complicated) process to create the most balanced Teams possible. Here's a short overview of how it works: We determine who will be the Head Coaches for each division. Any Players who were on each Coach's team in the previous season are placed on that Coach's team. The evaluation scores for each Player on the returning Teams are averaged to determine that Team's total evaluation score. Players who are not returning to an existing Team...
